Two individuals, Ajesh Kumar Gila (23) and Gurusevaksingh Sikh (23) from Fazilka district, Punjab, were arrested by Panvel taluka police for attempting to enter Salman Khan's farmhouse in Waje village, Panvel. The duo allegedly tried to trespass by jumping over the fence and tree compound on Thursday afternoon.

Their attempt was thwarted by security guard Mohammed Hussain, who noticed their suspicious behavior and alerted the farmhouse manager, Shashikant Sharma. The accused had initially identified themselves as Maheshkumar Ramniwas and Vinod Kumar Radheshyam from Balia district in Uttar Pradesh. However, their fake identities were exposed when the police found discrepancies in their Aadhaar cards, including different names and addresses, as reported by The Times Of India.

Inspector Anil Patil stated, "A case has been registered at Panvel Rural Police Station against two people for trying to enter Salman Khan's Arpita Farm House in Waze, New Panvel. Further investigation is being done." When confronted, the accused claimed to be fans of Salman Khan but provided false information when asked for their names and Aadhaar cards, as reported by NDTV.

Salman Khan had been granted Y+ security cover in the previous year due to threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang. In March 2023, the actor received a threat mail from the gang, with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, currently in a Punjab jail, allegedly being the mastermind behind the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala. The threat mail indicated that Goldy Brar, a Canada-based gangster and close associate of Lawrence Bishnoi, wished to communicate with the actor.
