PM Modi Inaugurates Rs 6,100 Crore Worth Development Projects In Telangana

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his Telangana visit goes to Warangal and inaugurates infrastructure development projects for the state. He also visits the Bhadrakali Temple in Warangal.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Telangana and inaugurates various development projects in the state. He also offered his prayers in the Bhadrakali Temple in Warangal.

PM Modi was invited to a programme to inaugurate the infra projects worth around Rs 6,100 crore in the state. The Telangana BJP chief G Kishan Reddy presented him with gifts before he gave a speech.

Addressing the audience, PM Modi said, "Today's new India is young India, its full of energy...we have a golden period in the 21st century's third decade, we have to make full use of it & ensure that no corner of the country is behind in terms of development." He also spoke about the opportunities in Telangana and its contribution to the development of the country. 

The programme was also attended by Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari and while he addressed the audience, reportedly said, "I am confident that with highway network, business and industries will get a boost. I often reiterate the famous quote of former US President John F Kennedy - American roads are not good because America is rich but America is rich because American roads are good. I am happy that the road infrastructure, that will be developed here under the leadership of the PM, will connect the mining industry, trade, business, export-import and small centres of development and we will generate employment."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also visited the Bhadrakali Temple in Warangal in Telangana where he offered his prayers.

PM Modi reached Telangana today morning for his visit to the state and inauguration of the developmental projects.
