President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Hyderabad on Friday for a visit to Telangana during which she will attend the Combined Graduation Parade at Air Force Academy (AFA) in the city.
The President would be the chief guest and review the Combined Graduation Parade (CGP) at Air Force Academy, Dundigal, on Saturday.
Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy, and other leaders welcomed the President at the Begumpet airport.
The CGP of the 211th course with full military splendor will be held at the AFA to mark the successful completion of the challenging pre-commissioning training of the flight cadets of various branches of the Indian Air Force (IAF), a defense release has said.
The President would be the chief guest on the occasion and the reviewing officer (RO) of the CGP, it said.
