Siblings Found Dead Inside Wooden Box In Delhi's Jamia Nagar

Bodies of two siblings, aged between six and eight, were recovered from a wooden box on Tuesday night near a factory in Delhi's Jamia Nagar. 

The bodies of Neeraj (8) and Aarti (6) were found inside a house in Joga Bai Extension, hours after they went missing. 

According to the Delhi Police, a call was received at Jamia Nagar Police Station that the bodies of two children were found inside a wooden box at house no. F2 in Joga Bai Extension. The children used to live here with their father Balbir, who works as a guard on this property. 

A local inquiry into the matter revealed that the children had lunch with their parents at 3:00 pm on the same day and went missing from 3:30 pm, according to a report by ANI. When the parents and other children started to look for the missing siblings, they found the bodies inside the box. 

However, police have confirmed that there were no injury marks on the body and it seems to be a case of asphysixa.
