He underlined the commitment of the double-engine government to implement initiatives aimed at ensuring the security, respect, and self-reliance of all citizens. He emphasized that the strength of women in society correlates with the nation's overall strength.
Adityanath acknowledged the significant step taken by the Centre with the passage of the Women's Reservation Act in Parliament, a move that champions the empowerment of women. This reflects the collective efforts aimed at creating a capable and self-reliant India, ensuring the well-being of half the population.

The Chief Minister also highlighted Ballia's strategic connection to National Waterway-1, which is being developed from Varanasi to Haldia. This development is expected to bring an abundance of employment and growth opportunities for local farmers. It's expected to boost various industries and facilitate the global market access of products manufactured in Ballia via inland water transport.
Furthermore, there are plans to establish a waterway connection between Ayodhya and Saryu, enabling local farmers to export their agricultural produce through water routes. The natural production of Shree Anna along the riverbanks will also be promoted for further enhancement.
Adityanath expressed his confidence in Ballia's potential to surpass even major cities like Ghaziabad in terms of development. He announced that the government is gearing up to construct a link expressway to the Purvanchal Expressway, simplifying travel for Ballia's residents to Delhi and Lucknow.
