A fire broke out in a coach in Vande Bharat train enroute to Delhi from Bhopal on Monday.
The reports said the train was on way from Bhopal to Delhi.
The reports said the fire broke out in the battery box of the coaches of the Bhopal Hazrat Nizamuddin Vande Bharat Express.
The train, as per reports, caught fire before reaching Madhya Pradesh's Bina station.
Some reports said the train was stopped at Kurwai Kaithora where villagers helped to douse off the flames.
The reports said the 36 passengers in the C 14 coach of the train, where the fire broke out, got off safely.
The team of the local fire department also reached the spot, the reports said.
The fire fighters brought the fire under control with the help of extinguishers, the reports said.
The incident lead to stoppage of railway traffic.
The reports said the train has been electrically isolated and will start shortly.
They further informed that all passengers are safe.
"The fire is extinguished and defective batteries have been taken off. The train is ready to move", the Indian Railways said.
