A pilot project is on to eventually put all its movies on the net; but none of the clips are downloadable. It’s indeed a treasure trove: from footages on the construction of Lutyens’ Delhi to the Dandi March and Gandhi’s funeral, all strung to classical music. "When we were researching Ambedkar, we wanted to see what Bombay looked like then. It was very difficult since there is so little documentary evidence of our history," says filmmaker Jabbar Patel, who did the inaugural click. Each of these one-minute films, with a short title explaining it, can be culled through a search.
