The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will retain all of its office bearers as the governing body holds its Annual General Meeting on September 25 in Goa, ahead of the ODI World Cup.
The BCCI's most recent AGM was conducted in October 2022, and an SGM was held on May 27 this year, with the first item on the agenda of the forthcoming AGM being to finalise the minutes of the meetings.
The agenda for the forthcoming meeting includes the appointment of the Ombudsman and the Ethics Officer, as well as concluding preparations for the World Cup, which begins on October 5.
The appointment of the BCCI delegate to the International Cricket Council (ICC), as well as the Cricket Committees, Standing Committees, and the Umpires Committee, is also on the agenda.
The BCCI AGM will also see the election and induction of two general body representatives, as well as the induction of one representative of the Indian Cricketers' Association (ICA) into the IPL's Governing Council.
The acceptance of the treasurer's report and audited accounts for the fiscal year 2022-23, as well as the adoption of the annual budget for the fiscal year 2023-24, are also on the agenda.
