India At Paris Olympics: Men's Archery Team Seals Quarters Berth At Les Invalides

The Indian men archers ended third with a total of 2013 points in the individual ranking round on Thursday, July 25, and managed to seal their quarter-finals spot in the men's team recurve event of Paris Olympic Games 2024 (More Sports News)

Korea finished first in the table, and were followed by France who took second spot. China also managed to take fourth spot, completing the top four as well as the quarter-final spots.

Dhiraj Bommadevara finished fourth on the list with 681 points, while Tarundeep Rai and Pravin Jadhav ended 14th and 39th with 674 and 658 points respectively, to seal third for India.

After a slightly slow start with 333 points in the 12 shots, the Indian archers picked up their pace, and at the halfway stage, they were sixth with 1000 points.

A gripping start in the second stage saw them fly to third spot over Chinese Taipei. However, they managed to hold off the position with 2013 points, sealing their quarters spot.
