We are group of 8 persons who intend to travel to Jordan (Petra, Wadi Rum, Deadsea etc) and Jerusalem during Diwali. We have 6 days (28th to 2nd november) and would like to know 1. How do we plan the trip 2. Travelling options from India to Jordan 3. Travelling options from Jordan to Jerusalem and back 4. Staying options in Jordan and Jerusalem 5. Food options (we are vegetarians) 6. Visas and other formalities particularly related to Israeli visa as we have heard that once one travels there one cannot go to Arab countries 7.
