Tucked inside Lutyens Delhi, The Claridges is an iconic hotel, whose green lawns were said to be a favourite spot of India’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru who used to stop there for evening tea. The Claridges Garden with its private cabanas and lush green expanse makes for the perfect setting to enjoy an afternoon cup of tea or meeting friends in the evening for a round of beer and drinks. And if you are looking for an excuse to bid adieu to the departing chill with a final fling with winter, then go explore the new live grill menu. On till March 15 from 5pm-9pm, the grills will be paired with a whisky counter at the garden.
The new grill menu includes dishes such as blackened sea bass with lemon butter sauce, garlic lemon marinated jumbo prawns, balsamic grilled vegetables, grilled New Zealand lamb chops and grilled corn meal polenta with ratatouille.
