The Eiffel Tower, which turns 125 this year, has just got a new $38 million glass floor as a birthday present. Placed 200 feet above the ground, the glass floor – which consists of four glass panels distributed around the first level – gives visitors the sensation of being suspended in air. Just after its inauguration on October 6, tourists had great fun taking selfies lying down or sitting on the floor, pretending to scream in fear. Wonder if some of them were really pretending!
