The three course meal includes a starter of salmon terrine, poached egg and dill, a main course of lamb, white asparagus, peas, gremolata, artichoke and Opperdoeze Ronde potatoes, a dessert of strawberries, white chocolate, gold and egg nog. The three course menu can be extended with an optional dish of asparagus soup with Dutch shrimp and parsley. The set meal costs €48.00, and the four course menu costs €55.00. Besides this, the Chocolate Easter Egg Celebration is also available separately.
