Bhutan: Five unique Six Senses Experiences

Scheduled to open in the second half of 2017, Six Senses Bhutan will take you on a unique journey of the Kingdom of Bhutan. Six Senses, Hotels Resorts and Spas (sixsenses.com) has designed a project wherein five individual satellite resorts will be opened in five different locations—Thimphu, Punakha, Gangtey, Bumthang and Paro, thus creating a Bhutan trail. Each location has a specific theme for a more enriched experience: Thimphu will be centered around culture and tradition, Bumthang will be a home in the forest, Punakha will celebrate traditional farmhouse living, Gangtey will be a haven for birdwatchers and finally Paro, a wonderful heritage stay. With just 82 guest suites and villas distributed among five intimate lodges, each one promises to be a unique experience.
