Grand Hyatt’s first property in Kerala could easily pass off as the second palace on Bolgatty Island. This gorgeous hotel overlooking the magnificent Lake Vembanad is a little more than well-equipped with 265 swanky guestrooms including 38 suites and four villas. Each room and all public spaces in the hotel offer lovely views of the calm backwaters, the landscaped gardens or the city. In addition to a swimming pool, a luxurious spa, a fitness centre and a play area for children, the hotel also boasts of a sprawling 9,560 sq m convention centre ideal for conferences and weddings. It also has a beautiful old-world-themed grill and rooftop bar along with a local restaurant and options for water-side dining. The hotel is all set to open its doors to guests in November 2017.
