Ritz-Carlton opened a trio of new resorts across the world in December. For ski lovers, there is the contemporary 170-room ski lodge in the US, the Ritz-Carlton Highlands, Lake Tahoe, which also includes 23 private residences, 25 Destination Club residences, a fine-dining restaurant, fitness centre and a spa to unwind after a hard day on the slopes.
