Tara Niwas: A budget stay in Jaipur

We say the place to stay in Jaipur is Tara Niwas. Housed in a renovated old family home, conveniently located close to the railway and bus stations (in Bani Park), the hotel offers clean and simple rooms done up in traditional Rajasthani fabrics and prints. The restaurant serves mouthwateringly delicious home-style vegetarian food at disgustingly low prices. We recommend room number 22 – it’s huge, the bathroom has a bathtub and there’s an attached little kitchenette-cum-dressing room  and all this at no extra cost.
