'Dr. Romantic' Actor Ahn Hyo-seop Breaks Silence On Dating Rumours

Actor Ahn Hyo-seop has, once again, found himself in the midst of dating rumours. As one of the rising male actors in the Korean entertainment industry, he has garnered the attention of audiences with his powerful visuals and wonderful acting. It's no wonder that he's been paired off-screen alongside many of his female co-stars including, Kim Se-jeong from 'Business Proposal,' and Kim Yoo-jung from 'Lovers of the Red Sky.' Now, joining the list of actresses is Lee Sung-kyung, who starred along with him in 'Dr. Romantic.' 

After many speculations and rumours, Hyo-seop took to Weverse DM on January 10, to give insights into his personal life, and announce his relationship status. The actor unquestionably stated, "I don't have a girlfriend," shutting down all the rumours.

At the same time, he expressed his dedication to understanding the art of learning how to love and appreciating his fans to a greater extent. His fans flooded the platform with messages full of love and encouragement, while also emphasizing the importance of respecting his privacy.

This news comes weeks after the internet was flooded with Ahn Hyo-seop and Lee Sung-kyung's off-screen chemistry at the 2023 SBS Drama Awards. From congratulating the actress for her award to giving her a warm hug to lending her his coat to keep her warm, the actor was titled the "perfect gentleman" by fans. 

Work wise, he has had a successful 2023. He also undertook a solo tour throughout Asia, which attracted over 50,000 fans. As for the new year, he is anticipated to make his potential movie debut, as well as, is reportedly in talks to star next to Lee Min-ho, BLACKPINK's Jisoo, Nana, Chae Soo-bin, Jung Sung-il, and more, adding to his diverse acting career.
