Fans who have been eagerly waiting for Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan starrer 'Citadel: Honey Bunny' will get to watch the much-awaited spy series in November this year. On Thursday, August 2, Prime Video announced 'Citadel: Honey Bunny's release date with an intriguing teaser.

Today, Prime Video launched the teaser to reveal the premiere date of the series in a fan event in Mumbai with the cast and directors Raj & DK in attendance. The teaser looks enthralling and Samantha and Varun are seen performing some really high-octane action scenes. The teaser doesn't give away much about the story but we can make it out that the gritty spy series will have a captivating narrative and stellar performances.

'Citadel’ first series, starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Richard Madden, and Stanley Tucci was released in 2023. Season 1 of the Spy Universe saw Madden and Chopra as the lead agents. The American spy series was created by Josh Appelbaum and Bryan Oh, and was produced by Amazon Studios and the Russo Brothers’ AGBO. The next in the 'Citadel' universe is the Italian series 'Citadel: Diana' which will premiere on October 10.
