At Ascent Cyber Solutions, Jain served as an Advisory Business Analyst for their client, Pitney Bowes (NYSE: PBI), a global leader in shipping and mailing services. He played a pivotal role in implementing an innovative cloud-based inbound parcel tracking solution, SendSuite Tracking Online. This solution, which enables real-time monitoring and tracking of packages through barcode scanning, resulted in annual cost savings of approximately $1 million, improved operational efficiency, and elevated customer satisfaction levels. Jain's contributions extended to optimizing the postal manifest reconciliation flow for the United States Postal Service (USPS), an independent agency of the United States federal government responsible for providing postal services across the country. This optimization facilitated more efficient mail processing and delivery operations. The streamlined process enables both USPS and Pitney Bowes to enhance revenue generation and operational efficiency.

Currently, Jain serves as a Lead Business Analyst – Digital Transformation at ACS Global Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd (an Innova Solutions Co.), where he collaborates with ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), a global leader in digital workflows and enterprise cloud platforms. He plays a pivotal role in driving ServiceNow's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) implementation goals leveraging their cloud environment.
