In a viral video, a Just Eat delivery boy can be seen eating a customer's order outside her house after cancelling it. A woman, a resident of Kentish Town, London, had ordered a burger for herself. The order was later cancelled much to her surprise. She later found a Just Eat delivery boy eating her order outside her house. She captured this in a video, which later went viral after her brother shared it on Twitter. Have a look:
The video started circulating on Twitter along with other social media platforms. The customer's brother wrote to the delivery partner "Just Eat", saying: "The driver cancelled the order, sat outside her house and ate the food?"
Responding to the complaint, Just Eat released an official statement reported by The Sun UK: "At Just Eat we're committed to providing a positive experience for all of our customers. When we become aware of any practices that fall below the high standards we expect, we will always take steps to address this.
"As such, we were concerned to hear about this incident. We are investigating, will take action as appropriate and are also in contact with the customer."
