Former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir and the leader of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) Omar Abdullah held an election rally at Dal Lake in Srinagar. The second of the three phases of Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections is scheduled to take place on September 25.
