In a recent comprehensive study, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) asserted that the Covid-19 vaccination was not reponsible for unexplained sudden deaths among young adults in India. Moreover, the sudy emphasised on the fact that instaed of causing deaths, administration of Covid-19 vaccines increases the likelihood of reduction of such fatalities.
ICMR's study came amid reports of sudden deaths of young adults including popular Malayalam TV actor Dr Priya after suffering from a sudden cardiac arrest.
