The Election Commission has announced the schedule for assembly elections in West Bengal, Assam, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. While Bengal will have polls over eight rounds from March 27-April 29, polling in TN, Kerala and Pondicherry will be held on April 6 and in Assam on March 27, April 1 and 6). Results will be declared on May 2.
