The global cryptocurrency market was trading at 0.24 per cent lower at $1.17 trillion on Tuesday, while the total trading volume was up by 10.74 per cent to $25.94 billion.
CyberConnect CYBER was the most trending cryptocurrency. THORChain RUNE was the top gainer, up by 13.30 per cent to $1.58 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $141.72 million.
XDC Network XDC was the top loser, down by 5.99 per cent to $0.05962 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $14.36 million.
DeFi fell 9.02 per cent to $2.35 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin: Bitcoin was down by 0.16 per cent to $29,334.71. Its 24-hour trading volume was $12.27 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on the market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was at 48.76 per cent, up by 0.02 per cent over the last 24 hours.
Ethereum: Ethereum was down by 0.38 per cent to $1,839.99 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $3.67 billion.
Tether: Tether was trading at $0.9988, same as yesterday. Tether’s 24-hour trading volume was $18.41 billion. It is ranked third on Coinmarketcap.
