On completing the 75th year of India’s independence, we envisaged an ambitious project around India’s youth. Outlook partnered with Toluna, a leading consumer insights provider, to design and carry out a comprehensive all-India survey that took a deep-dive into how India’s youth feel about freedom.
A total of 1,804 interviews were conducted across more than 40 cities of the country’s metros and non-metros, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Calcutta, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Surat, etc. Following are the findings of the Outlook-Toluna Youth Survey:
