Not Rich Bitch, but Ramola Bachchan Promotions. We promote business, sports and cultural events globally. Help western companies in India and vice-versa.

What have been R.B. Promotions' successes so far?
We promote contemporary Indian art for Christies in Britain. We organised fund raisers: an L. Subramanium and Stefan Graffeli concert, Kiron and Anupam Kher's play Saalgirah, a Tarun Tahiliani fashion show in Britain.

Is your company affiliated to Amitabh Bachchan's ABCL?
No. But we should work jointly some time. It would be logical.

Do you cash in on the Bachchan tag for business?
Success came to me as a TV personality, popular hostess. Not Bachchan wife.

You're known more for initiating bacchanales than business, though.
I party seriously. Have fun and network. My guests do the same at my expense.

Talking of expense, isn't your main expense designer clothes?
Yes, I wear Armani, Donna Karan and Dolce Gabbana. Have the figure and attitude to wear them well.

The Bachchan brothers make overwhelming husbands. Did yours curb your style?
He was a classic Indian husband. I reformed him.

Yes. He's cautious. I'm a gambler. I often score, therefore.
